After listeniung to extensive testimony by expert witnesses, viewing numerous exhibits and visiting the subject property, the district court found that the plaintiff owned the property in fee simple and thus owned all mineral rights. Upon careful consideration of the record and the parties' arguments on appeal, we conclude that the district court's findings of fact were not clearly erroneous. Accordingly, for the reasons stated by the district court, the judgment is AFFIRMED.
