The defendant, Frank N. Wilson, was charged by information, filed in the District Court for the First Judicial District in Lewis and Clark County, with the offense of robbery, a felony, in violation of § 45-5-401, MCA. He pled guilty to the offense charged, and the District Court sentenced him to a fifteen-year term of imprisonment. The District Court also concluded that during the robbery he used a dangerous weapon and, on that basis, sentenced him, pursuant to § 46-18-221, MCA, to an additional four-year term of imprisonment. Wilson appeals. We reverse that part of the District Courts judgment which was based on § 46-18-221, MCA, and remand to the District Court for entry of judgment consistent with this opinion.
